"Checking in on avianca.com was really simple..."
Checking in on avianca.com was really simple, so I got my boarding pass right away without any stress. When I got to the airport, boarding was organized, which made the whole process feel smooth. The staff were nice enough, and since the flight left on time, I really didn’t have anything to complain about.

My Avianca flights were fine overall, but the loyalty program has been frustrating. The miles don’t show up very quickly, and every time I contacted support, I got a different answer. It just feels more confusing than it needs to be

"My bag showed up without any issues"
I flew with Avianca and was a little tired and impatient by the time I got to baggage claim, so I was really glad my checked bag came out quickly. Everything was intact, nothing missing, and no damage at all. The whole baggage process was smoother than I expected.

The seat was comfy enough, honestly. I ended up sleeping for most of the flight, which I wasn’t really expecting, but hey, no complaints. Didn’t have any issues getting settled, and before I knew it we were almost there.

"Delay and cancellation was handled smoothly"
I had a delay and then a cancellation, I think it was sometime last month or maybe the end of the month before, but it went better than I expected. They rebooked me quickly and I didn’t have to stress about it too much.

"Friendly crew and a smooth flight"
I flew with avianca last week and overall had a decent experience. The crew was friendly and came around to check on passengers a few times, which I appreciated. The food was okay, nothing too memorable, but it was served on time. The seats did feel a little tight, but the staff helped make the trip feel easy and relaxed. I’d probably fly with them again if the fare was good...

I booked my flight on avianca.com it was really smooth!! The dates and prices were easy to understand, the payment went through quickly, and I got my confirmation email right away. No hassle at all for me.

"Customer service didn’t meet my expectations"
I waited a really long time to get help, and when I finally reached someone, the agent just kept passing me around instead of actually taking ownership of the issue. I don’t expect perfection, but my standard is at least getting clear support and not feeling like I’m being bounced from person to person

"Refund was faster than I thought"
I filled out the refund form and expected it to take ages, but the money was back in my account within a few days. I was ready to walk away if it turned into a hassle, so I’m glad they handled it quickly.

"I’ve tried checking out a couple times..."
I’ve tried checking out a couple times and the app keeps freezing right at the last step, which is frustrating. The website feels kind of clunky too, like I’m never totally sure if it’s loading or just stuck. Maybe it’s just me, but it makes the whole thing feel harder than it needs to be.
